Housemade frozen meal of Steak and Mushroom Pie. 

INGREDIENTS: Pastry: pastry flour, vegetable shortening, eggs, water, sugar, vinegar, salt. Filling: beef, mushrooms, carrots, beef stock, flour, canola oil, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning. May contain soy.

HOW TO MAKE:

Our meals are made by hand in our kitchen in Rosemont, Ontario. We select only the finest fresh and local produce and meat.

Small Pie (18 oz.): Remove packaging and place pie on a foil lined tray. Bake for 7 mins. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F and bake for 25 mins. Check temperature. Continue cooking in 15 min. intervals until food reaches an internal temperature of 140°F. Remove from oven and let pie sit for 15 mins. before slicing.

For best results, cook from frozen

Large Pie (55 oz.): Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove packaging and place pie on a foil lined tray. Bake for 15 mins. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F and bake for 45 mins. Check temperature. Continue cooking in 15 min. intervals until food reaches an internal temperature of 140°F. Remove from oven and let pie sit for 15 mins. before slicing.

For best results, cook from frozen.
