Our House Made Cured and Smoked Salmon are made using only oceanwise Salmon and frozen immediately after slicing to preserve the freshest taste and texture. 

We cure our salmon in house with beats, dill, and coriander seed giving it a fresh summer taste from the dill with hints of warm earthy tones from the beats. 

Our Smoked Salmon has a light smokey taste that compliments the fresh flavour of the salmon without being overpowering.
